Job summary

Dunmore International Corp seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support Plex MES and related business applications. You will serve as the primary IT resource for Plex MES, coordinate configuration, training, data quality, and post-go-live stabilization across operations, engineering, quality, purchasing, finance, sales and customer service.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–7 years of experience supporting MES/ERP systems, with strong SQL, data analysis, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Hands-on Plex MES experience including configuration, troubleshooting, reporting or post-go-live support.
Experience supporting cross-functional users across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales and IT.
Experience with data cleanup, validation, uploads/exports, Excel/CSV reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary IT application support resource for Plex MES after go-live and implementation.
Coordinate system configuration, testing, and training with business users across departments.
Troubleshoot Plex MES issues, perform data validation, and maintain documentation and user guides.
Support integrations and data flows between Plex, ERP, CRM (Salesforce), and other systems.
Assist with reporting, dashboards, data extracts, and process improvements.
