Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a skilled Automation Technician to support PLC-based production lines in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade automated systems, ensuring equipment reliability and safety across production areas.

The role requires hands-on expertise with RSLogix, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs, plus strong electrical safety practices. A strong team player with proactive problem-solving is essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in reading electrical schematics and control panel wiring.
• Experience diagnosing PLC/automation issues and programming basics.
• Able to troubleshoot with RSLogix family and panel HMI interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC/automation equipment during failures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Upgrade PLC systems and test new configurations for safety and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document changes.
