Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking an experienced PLC/automation technician to join our Greer, SC team. You will troubleshoot and maintain PLCs, HMIs, and drives, ensuring safe, efficient production and implementing improvements across the line.

You will read electrical schematics, modify PLC code, and upgrade equipment while collaborating with maintenance and operations teams. A strong background in RSLogix and Panelview is essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and drives in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with RSLogix family software and industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

Adhere to GMPs and PPE; follow health and safety policies.
Lead troubleshooting with the production team to resolve issues.
Maintain and upgrade production equipment; install new equipment.
Diagnose and repair PLC/automation issues and calibrate equipment.
Assist with PLC upgrades and system optimizations for safety and efficiency.
Modify PLC programs for new requirements and maintain documentation.
Train team members on basic PLC functions and troubleshooting.
Perform preventative/mechanical maintenance and continuous improvement.
Develop collaborative relations with managers and operators; identify process improvements.
