Zusammenfassung
PTERIS GLOBAL (USA) INC. seeks an Automation Engineer to contribute to control system requirement analysis and the drafting of specifications. You will design PLC software and interfaces, and perform integration, testing, and commissioning for material handling systems.
The role requires 2+ years in industrial automation, strong English and Chinese writing skills, and willingness to travel for overseas projects. Based in Charlotte, NC, you will collaborate with a dynamic team.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor or master degree in Automation/Electronics/Computer Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial automation.
- Knowledge of PLC programming tools such as Siemens Step7, AB RSLogix5000 or Omron CX Programmer is advantageous.
- Dynamic team player with interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese with good writing skills.
- Willing to travel and work on overseas projects.
Aufgaben
- Participate in control system requirement analysis.
- Involved in drafting of functional specifications and detailed design specification.
- Perform design and development of PLC software and interfaces.
- Perform system integration, testing and commissioning of advanced control systems for material handling systems.
- Provide technical support to installed system.
