Job summary

PTERIS GLOBAL (USA) INC. is seeking a PLC/Automation Engineer in the United States. You will participate in control system requirement analysis, draft specifications, and design and develop PLC software and interfaces for material handling systems such as airport baggage handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Automation, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Experience in industrial automation or related field.
• Familiar with PLC programming tools (Siemens Step7, AB RSLogix5000, Omron CX Programmer).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

Required Skills

• Participate in control system requirement analysis.
• Knowledge in the field of Industrial Automation or similar field.
• Knowledge of PLC programming tools such as Siemens, Step7, AB RSLogix5000 or Omron CX Programmer will be advantage.
• Dynamic team player with interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with good writing skills.
• Willing to travel and work on overseas projects.
