Bosch in the United States is seeking a PLC Controls Technician to design, program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems using Siemens S7 and TIA Portal, supporting manufacturing operations for reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Associate degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in industrial automation and maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Reading electrical schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

Design, program, and maintain PLC systems per corporate standards.
Develop and support HMI applications for manufacturing equipment.
Troubleshoot complex equipment and automation issues to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Modify PLC programs and interface communications with industrial devices.
Diagnose and resolve issues with vision systems (Cognex, Keyence).
Troubleshoot and maintain servo drive systems (Rexroth, Siemens).
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and operations to improve equipment performance.
