Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services seeks a Plaza Director to lead a multi-million-dollar travel plaza business along a major highway. You will drive sales, guest experience, and brand standards while managing a senior leadership team and ensuring safe, high-quality food service.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-unit leadership, strong cost control, and collaboration with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Facilities. Flexible on-site schedule offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven success in multi-unit or big-box leadership.
• Ability to work a flexible on-site schedule ~50 hours/week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated track record of driving profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Strong cost control and quality standards experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities of associates and plaza leadership to hit sales, service speed, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality and safety.
• Monitor financial and performance metrics and implement strategic changes to maximize profitability.
• Ensure each food/beverage concept adheres to brand standards and quality.
• Foster a learning culture and accountability within the team.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop plaza leadership; manage performance and staffing.
