Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Team Member Dining Room Attendant to keep tables clean, restock items, and support service staff during day shifts.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to food safety standards. Full-time employment with benefits and opportunities to grow within the resort.

• Stock chinaware, silverware, and glassware.
• Clean the tables with sanitizing solution.
• Re-stock setup area with clean equipment.
• Check out with supervisor before leaving the shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Show willingness to work as a team.

Job Title: Team Member Dining Room Attendant

Salary/Shift: $20/hr Days/Swings - $22/hr Nights/Grave

Status: Full Time

Performance Expectations

• Must comply with all established guest service standards.
• Keep work area clean and assist with side work duties.
• Needs to complete all assigned side work duties in a timely manner.
• Must be able to interact well with team Members.
• Need to be fast and efficient as well as thorough in completing required table cleaning.
• Work independently with little or no supervision.
• Expected to follow the Atlantis Appearance standards.
• Ensures cleanliness of work area, cashier stand, and medicine displays.
