Job summary

San Carlos Apache Tribal Gaming is seeking a Player’s Club Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the Player’s Club and coordinate events within the casino environment.

Under the supervision of the Player’s Club Manager, you will develop promotions, supervise staff, and ensure guest service standards while maintaining compliance with gaming policies. Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus one year supervisory experience.
• Experience in special events or promotions preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Develops promotions for the Player’s Club on a continual basis.
• Observes and improves customer service techniques throughout the casino.
• Responsible for recording keeping of all events. Ensures events comply with Gaming Policies.
• Communicates guest service standards to guests.
• Creates an environment that compliments service.
• Develops techniques for reinforcing guest relations.
• Develops ongoing customer service training to Player’s Club staff.
• Greets groups brought in by bussing or marketing as they arrive at the casino and helps them through the Player’s Club environment.
• Verifies payroll hours and makes corrections or changes.
• Verifies department logs and summary logs; assigns job duties.
• Creates staff work schedules.
• Updates department policies and procedures.
• Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required.
• Performs other duties as required.
