Job summary

San Manuel Band of Mission Indians is seeking a Player’s Club Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced casino. You will guide Club Serrano enrollment, assist high-value guests, and support events while maintaining regulatory compliance and smooth operations.

You should have a minimum of three years in customer service, with casino experience preferred. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential in a busy, public-facing role.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience required.
• Minimum one (1) year of casino experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes Club Serrano card, explains benefits, enrolls guests, handles reprints and account maintenance; assists with mobile app engagement and inquiries.
• Supports promotions and events by guiding guests, answering questions, and escorting them to locations; delivers best-in-class service.
• Provides advanced administrative support for lost and found, online enrollments, account troubleshooting, guest correspondence, and tax document requests; trains staff.
• Performs floor support duties (tidying, chair placement) and reports suspicious activity; ensures regulatory compliance and Title 31 documentation.
• Performs other duties to support efficient department operations.
