Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Relate policies to subordinates and enforce them consistently.
• Ensure adequate staffing by interviewing and selecting staff.
• Reallocate labor for each shift based on activity to maintain operations.
• Analyze member acquisitions using historical metrics to increase enrollments and revenue.
• Resolve patron disputes following casino guidelines and promote fair outcomes.
• Coordinate resolutions with related departments and ensure follow-through.
• Update staff on events and promotions.
• Disseminate information about marketing programs to patrons.
• Determine comps and rewards to boost patron loyalty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
