Havasu Landing Casino is seeking a part-time Players Club Representative to deliver exceptional guest experiences by enrolling members, explaining promotions, and proactively engaging guests on the gaming floor. You will make outreach calls to high-value players and support events and promotions.

Qualifications include 21+, a HS diploma or GED with 1 year of service, and strong computer skills. Scheduling includes nights, weekends and holidays with a team-focused attitude.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of customer service experience.
• Gaming experience preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening, background check, and obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must communicate in English.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests and enroll new Members into the Players Club.
• Educate guests on promotions and events.
• Approach uncarded guests on the gaming floor to sign up.
• Call high level players who have not visited recently.
• Assist guests with services on the gaming floor.
• Monitor dashboard to ensure high level players are greeted and assisted.
• Assist with promotions and events as needed.
• Use diplomacy to handle dissatisfied guests and escalate as needed.
• Identify new or regular guests and work in a team.
