Job summary

Isleta Resort and Casino in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Player Club Operations Supervisor to support the Player Development Manager and the Players Club team. You’ll help manage Players Club operations, supervise events, and handle box office duties while maintaining Guest Service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of Players Club experience required.
• Two years of Supervisory experience required.
• Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Player Development Manager to manage the workflow of Players Club operations.
• Supervises setup of special events, promotions, and entertainment.
• Provides input for Players Club program improvement and process changes.
• Participates in department projects, Isleta Resort and Casino promotions, and special events.
• Maintains an open, welcoming atmosphere, promoting skill enhancement.
• Greets guests, issues complimentary items, sells tickets, and redeems points.
• Prepares Players Club reports, including database and entertainment reports.
• Promotes a guest services program for Players Club staff.
• Monitors staff performance, behavior, and attendance; administers disciplinary action.
• Ensures proper staffing to exceed goals.
• Resolves external guest issues professionally for management.
• Occasionally handles payroll, employee scheduling, and subordinate duties.
