Job summary

Seminole Casino Hotel Immokalee is seeking a friendly Guest Club signup associate to grow our Players Club program. You will greet guests, sign up qualified customers, and maintain accurate member information.

This role requires strong data entry skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced casino environment. Training on the player tracking system will be provided.

• Sign up qualified customers for the Players Club.
• Greets and interacts with guests courteously and professionally.
• Promote Seminole Classic Casino to guests with enthusiasm.
• Deliver a service level that makes guests want to return.
• Go above and beyond to support organizational goals.
• Present a professional image with an outgoing personality.
• Understand and explain Players Club benefits.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of player tracking system, promotions, events, and property information.
• Create and issue Players Club cards and promote related programs.
• Communicate effectively with guests in English.
• Maintain data-entry integrity and protect rewards and credit lines.
• Work as part of a team and handle inquiries under pressure.
• Adhere to Gaming Commission Regulations and tribal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
