Job summary

WinStar World Casino and Resort in Thackerville, OK is seeking a Full Time Player Development Analyst to own data and reporting infrastructure for the Player Development team. The role runs 6:00AM-2:30PM on Sunday through Saturday, supporting book-level Theo and KPI reporting for executives, supervisors and the Player Development Manager.

The candidate will collaborate with Chickasaw Nation Data Sciences on data pulls for book rebalancing and patron-level reporting, maintain a four-tier book

Qualifications

• High School, GED or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1 year of directly related experience required.
• Pass gaming background check is required.
• Gaming license or permit as required by position.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to internal and external customers and responds to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities.
• Works collaboratively to support productivity and safety of the work area and team members.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment.
• Maintains professionalism in all duties and adheres to dress code standards.
• Punctual and consistent in meeting start time and attendance metrics.
• Builds and maintains recurring book-level Theo reporting for host, supervisor, and manager audiences.
• Tracks and reports KPIs: Active Patron Rate, Average Visits per Patron, Reactivation Rate, and trailing 12-month Book Theo.
• Partners with Data Sciences on patron-level Theo/ADT data pulls for decisions.
• Maintains four-tier book coding framework to identify candidates for host assignment.
• Extracts and reconciles data from ACSC/GUI and OPTX to support KPI reporting.
• Supports annual goal-setting with book-value data.
• Monitors discretionary comp and reinvestment activity against caps.
• Identifies data quality issues and recommends fixes.
• Maintains documentation of data sources and assumptions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Prepares ad hoc reports.
