Job summary

WinStar World Casino and Resort is seeking a full-time Player Development Event Host in Thackerville, OK. The role involves planning and executing VIP events on and off property, coordinating tickets, logistics, and guest experiences to drive incremental visitation and book growth.

The position requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong customer service, and collaboration with hotel, F&B, retail, and casino hosts to ensure event success.

Qualifications

• 1 year directly related experience.
• High School, GED or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
• Plans, coordinates, and executes on-property VIP events (concerts, tournaments, promotions, milestone events) and off-property experiences
• Coordinates RSVP tracking, invitation lists, and day-of guest experience for assigned events
• Partners with the Marketing event-planning function on ROI, attendance targets, and post-event debriefs
• Maintains the events calendar and shares it with Player Development at least the standard advance notice window
• Identifies opportunities to convert event attendance into new book candidates and routes recommendations to Casino Hosts and the Player Development Analyst
