Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive dealership experience with proven sales management success.
• Ability to coach and mentor a sales team and read customers on the showroom floor.
• Strong data-driven decision making and KPI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the showroom floor, working deals alongside the sales team and driving daily energy.
• Coach the team with daily one-on-ones, live role-plays, and real-time feedback.
• Analyze 30/60/90 day trends to identify gaps and optimize floor performance.
• Oversee manufacturer portals (including RDR submissions) and maximize incentives.
• Streamline the CRM funnel from lead to delivery and improve the process.
• Partner with F&I to appraise trades and maximize total dealership gross.
