Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Behavior Technicians to help children ages 2–6 learn, communicate, and grow through play using the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) within ABA.

You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy, implement plans created by master’s clinicians, and share progress with families. The role supports career growth with paid RBT training and a clear progression path.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or verified by BACB attestation for RBT.
• Preferred enrollment in or completion of a related bachelor’s degree program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain RBT certification within 6 weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children in our center.
• Implement individualized plans created by Master’s-level clinicians and share progress with families.
• Leverage skills from childcare, education, or caregiving in a supported clinical setting.
