Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Genesis Service Associate to handle daily operations of the Genesis Platinum Team, delivering superior customer experiences through active listening and clear communication. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, handle complaints, and support servicing tasks.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in customer service or lease-end roles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience in a customer service or lease-end environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls addressing customer service and lease-end needs.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up and educate on lease-end options.
• Perform limited back-office functions to assist servicing accounts and reduce wait times.
