Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Genesis customers and address service needs.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up on requests and educate customers on options.
• Perform limited back-office tasks to speed up service.
• Address complaints and ensure compliance and servicing support tasks.
• Collaborate with dealers and internal stakeholders across levels.
