Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Genesis Service Associate to support the Genesis Platinum Team with inbound/outbound calls, handling customer service and lease-end inquiries. You will deliver superior experiences through active listening, clear communication, and problem solving.

Requirements include 2–4 years in customer service or lease-end, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience in a customer service or lease-end environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from Genesis customers to address customer service and lease-end needs.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up with customer requests and educate customers on lease-end options.
• Perform limited Backoffice functions to enhance service and reduce wait times.
• Communicate professionally and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
