• Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be self‑motivator and self‑starter.
• Exceptional listening, critical‑thinking and analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed phone calls and reports.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build effective relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with Genesis customers addressing service and lease‑end needs.
• Address complaints and ensure compliant servicing support.
• Initiate outbound follow‑ups to educate customers on lease‑end options and resolve issues.
• Perform limited backoffice functions to enhance service experience and reduce wait times.
