Genesis Service Associate at Hyundai Capital America is responsible for daily operations of the Genesis Platinum Team, delivering superior customer experiences through active listening, clear communication, and effective problem solving. You will handle calls, manage complaints, ensure compliance, and provide service support.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service or lease-end roles, a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s preferred), and a proven ability to deliver smooth customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience in a customer service or lease-end environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to deliver superior customer experience.
• Must be self-motivator and self-starter.
• Exceptional listening, critical-thinking and analytical abilities to grasp key points from detailed phone calls and reports.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally and build effective relationships with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast paced, team environment.
• Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls addressing customer service and lease-end needs.
