You will handle inbound/outbound calls, address lease-end needs, manage complaints, and support servicing tasks while collaborating with internal partners to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of related experience in customer service or lease-end environment.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Genesis customers for service, lease-end needs, or complaints.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up with customers and educate on lease-end options.
• Perform limited backoffice functions to enhance service and reduce wait times.
