Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Genesis Service Associate to support the Genesis Platinum Team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through active listening, clear communication, and problem solving in daily call handling and servicing tasks.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in customer service or lease-end environments, with a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of related work experience in a customer service or lease-end environment.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer issues.
• Manage complaints, ensure compliance, and provide servicing support tasks.
• Educate Genesis customers on lease-end options and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver seamless customer experiences.
