Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read, write and speak English fluently with strong communication skills.
• Must have strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience training operators and technicians is preferred.
• Knowledge of plating processes and metal finishing is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead installations, setup and commissioning of new plating lines.
• Develop process parameters and operating procedures for plating.
• Design, implement and optimize plating processes to improve yields and quality.
• Manage chemical inventory procedures and safety protocols.
• Implement root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NADCAP and local environmental regulations.
• Oversee wastewater treatment and chemical handling procedures.
• Develop standard operating procedures for plating operations.
