Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
• Level 2.1 requires 2 years in SQL, Oracle forms, Java/.NET/JavaScript/HTML/XML.
• Level 2.2 requires 3 years in those technologies.
• Level 2.3 requires 4 years in those technologies.
• Level 3.1 requires 6 years with 2 years leadership and 2 years system architecture.
• Level 3.2 requires 7 years with 3 years leadership and 3 years system architecture.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems analysis and design for new or revised systems.
• Translate requirements into code and test programs.
• Train users and assess satisfaction with delivered solutions.
• Lead and maintain components in a project lifecycle.
