Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Support or similar roles.
• Experience supporting implementations or onboarding.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support platform configuration and user onboarding.
• Maintain and update product templates and workflows.
• Develop training materials and product documentation.
• Assist in product release activities.
• Contribute to adoption initiatives through training.
