Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading complex programs or projects.
• Experience with products (Equities, Fixed Income, OTCs, ETD, Repos).
• Proficiency in data analytics with ability to interpret models and derive insights.
• Conflict management and negotiation skills to create win-win solutions.
• Advanced computer literacy and strategic thinking.
• Experience with Market Data Instrument lifecycle across listed and OTC instruments.
• Experience with Corporate Actions and corporate action impacts to instrument data.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects across business units.
• Oversee program execution with alignment to strategy, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
• Use data analytics to monitor progress and direct necessary course corrections.
• Build and lead diverse teams, delegating tasks to achieve objectives.
• Engage senior management and stakeholders with regular updates and issue resolution.
