Job summary

Rippling is hiring a Sr. Manager, Platform Implementations to lead a 20+ person team and 3 managers, driving end-to-end platform onboarding across our client base.

You will oversee platform solutions including custom reports, workflows, apps, dashboards, and analytics, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to refine processes and deliver scalable implementations. Qualifications

• 10+ years leading an Implementation or Customer Success team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience guiding and developing people managers.
• Strong understanding of systems and operations for B2B/B2C products.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and meeting SLA targets.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of Platform implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Identify and mitigate risks; act as escalation point for complex projects.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Engineering, and CS to improve delivery processes.
• Ensure smooth transition from sales to implementation to account management.
