Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience with compiled languages (C++ preferred), databases, and network programming.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and owning servers and cloud-based systems.
• Develop software and software architecture using C++ and Linux in cloud environments.
• Plan and execute development, testing, and deployment of new features for cloud-based software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and determine integration needs.
• Review code and disseminate software best practices.
