Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Platform Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on expanding Stripe’s payments platform with SMB SaaS partners in the UK and Ireland. You will drive deal strategy, partner cross-functionally to optimize pipeline, and shape the product roadmap while delivering revenue growth.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in platform sales, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant platform sales experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team
• Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Existing Business and Platform AEs focused on expanding global footprint with SMB SaaS Platforms in the UK and Ireland
• Drive deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure healthy pipeline and forecast accuracy
• Shape Stripe's product roadmap and drive best practices on selling and forecasting
• Engage with largest strategic opportunities and executive relationships
• Be accountable for delivering revenue growth
