Stripe is seeking a Platform Sales Manager in San Francisco to lead a team of enterprise AEs and accelerate payments-as-a-service adoption across global SaaS platforms. You will define go-to-market campaigns, hire and coach top performers, and partner with cross-functional teams to align product strategy with sales execution.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic deal-making, and measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of relevant platform and/or payments sales experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Ability to hire, coach, and motivate a high-performance sales team.
• Ability to articulate complex, technical concepts and translate them into business-relevant terms.
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of sophisticated Existing Business, Platform AEs focused on expanding our global footprint with enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Drive deal strategy and partner across the business to ensure healthy pipeline, funnel conversion, win rate, and margin preservation across the portfolio.
• Effectively work cross–functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's product roadmap and drive best practices on selling and forecasting.
• Engage with the largest strategic opportunities, leading executive relationships.
• Being accountable for delivering revenue growth.
