Job summary

The NBA platform is seeking a hands-on Lead UI/UX Full Stack Engineer focused on Platform Quality and Reliability. You will be an individual contributor each sprint, ensuring the platform scales, stays up, and is production-ready with strong testing and observability.

You will own platform reliability across services, write production code, build testing frameworks, and lead quality gates and contractor oversight while coordinating with delivery pods to prevent incidents as data volumes grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of project leadership experience.
• 5+ years full stack software engineering with platform reliability focus.
• Hands-on testing infrastructure experience.
• Strong observability and logging knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems.
