Job summary

Gamer’s Choice seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own our core internal platform supporting live streams and warehouse operations. You’ll be the primary engineer on a Node/Express backend, React frontend, and SQLite database, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

You'll translate operational pain into shipped features, collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, and use AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development with Node/Express and React.
• Experience owning internal tools for logistics or e-commerce operations.
• Ability to ship features quickly while ensuring security and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect internal software stack (Node/Express, React, SQLite).
• Ensure system stability, security, backups, migrations, and incident response.
• Establish instrumentation, logging, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Design and ship features to improve revenue and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Chief of Staff and on-floor teams to scope projects.
• Maintain architecture docs and runbooks for independent diagnostics.
