Job summary

Mark43, a leading public safety software company, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering our mission-critical platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and secure cloud operations to support rapid software delivery.

Collaborate with Engineering and Security to optimize AWS/Azure environments, implement CI/CD with ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform, improve observability with Grafana, and contribute to on-call incident response and platform

Qualifications

5+ years of professional DevOps or SRE experience.
Hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud infrastructure experience.
Experience designing, building, and maintaining automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience implementing and maintaining monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting solutions.
Familiarity with GitOps practices and deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD.
Experience with scripting or programming to automate infrastructure operations and tooling.

Responsibilities

Own and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for scalability and reliability.
Develop, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline builds, testing, and deployments.
Improve platform observability with monitoring, logging, alerting, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Build internal tools and automation to boost developer productivity.
Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment workflows and platform reliability.
Participate in a shared 24/7 on-call rotation to support production infrastructure.
Own and drive infrastructure projects for long-term scalability and health.
