Mark43 is seeking a DevOps Engineer to build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure that powers our public safety platform. You will focus on reliability, automation, and observability while enabling engineering teams to deliver software efficiently.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Security to ensure a scalable, secure, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud environment using AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and Grafana.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in a DevOps/Platform/SRE or related infra role.
• Hands-on AWS and/or Azure cloud experience.
• Design, build, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience implementing monitoring, logging, observability, and alerting.
• Familiarity with GitOps and ArgoCD deployment tools.
• Scripting/programming to automate infra operations and tooling.
• Strong understanding of reliability, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex infra issues and improve system performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• Contribute to mission-critical public safety software across agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Build, scale, and maintain the infrastructure powering Mark43’s platform.
• Improve reliability, automate deployments, and enhance observability.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and cross-functional teams.
• Leverage AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, Grafana to optimize infra.
• Manage AWS infrastructure for scalability, security and availability.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds and deployments.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
• Create internal tooling to boost developer productivity and reduce toil.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.
• Drive infra projects for long-term platform health.
