Job summary

Amplify is seeking a proactive project manager to join the Training & Development team within the Customer Experience department. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage complex workflows, and drive alignment across teams including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, IT, and Finance.

In this role you’ll build detailed plans, monitor timelines, communicate risks, and champion data-driven improvements across a fast-moving environment that values collaboration and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a project management role with ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Experience designing end-to-end processes and delivering cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support cross-functional projects within the CX Training & Development team.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and workflows with stakeholders.
• Communicate risks, track performance data, and drive data-driven improvements.
