Qualifications

• Program execution: manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through deployment.
• Adoption & release readiness: assess tenant impacts for successful adoption.
• Risk & dependency management: identify and resolve risks across partners.
• Partner coordination: align platform, support, and control functions.
• Communication & enablement: develop communications and training materials with GenAI familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant adoption of new platform capabilities and updates.
• Assess tenant impact and adoption requirements for successful deployment.
• Maintain and communicate the Orchestra AI use case release pipeline with readiness checkpoints.
• Own recurring communications across Orchestra teams, tenants, and partners including training.
• Track adoption, onboarding progress, deployment milestones, and provide executive updates.
