Job summary

Jefferson seeks a senior leader to define and guide product strategy across the organization, focusing on Agile governance, platform strategy, and governance frameworks. You will partner with executives to align initiatives with digital transformation objectives and drive continuous improvement across product teams.

The role requires deep experience in product management, Agile leadership, and stakeholder management, with a track record of shaping enterprise-level product culture.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, information systems, or related field with 10+ years in product management or technical leadership
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and product lifecycle; excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Familiarity with test planning, UAT coordination, and defect management

Responsibilities

• Set the vision for platform/product ownership and establish Agile and product management standards
• Shaping prioritized roadmaps and refined requirements with stakeholders and development teams
• Define organizational frameworks for UAT governance, quality gates, and risk acceptance
• Drive enterprise testing strategy and tooling roadmap; measure quality via OKRs and KPIs
• Lead automation and advanced testing methodologies (e.g., contract testing, performance baselines)
• Deliver continuous improvement programs to reduce defects and improve cycle time
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure delivery readiness
• Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and inform roadmap decisions
