Qualifications

Responsibilities

Breaks down product strategy into goals and priorities for sprints and program increments.
Maintains product backlog with stories, enablers, and defects.
Prioritises backlog items and communicates sequencing to the team.
Models servant leadership and facilitates retrospectives for continuous improvement.
Delivers working product demos to stakeholders for transparency and input.
Collaborates with ART leaders to align priorities and dependencies.
Evaluates team contributions and supports high performance.
