Job summary

Liquidity Services Inc. is seeking a Product Owner to evolve software products through discovery, definition, development, launch, and post-release support.

You will work with product managers, developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure requirements meet client needs, acting also as Scrum Master in a small, hybrid team. Responsibilities include backlog prioritization, translating requirements into user stories, and collaboration across teams to deliver a clear product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience driving projects involving web technologies, API development, mobile-first design and third-party integrations.
• Active certification in CSPO, A-CSPO, CSP-PO, PSPO I/II/III, SAFe POPM or PMI-ACP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, and maintain the development team’s backlog with features, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Represent the user’s perspective throughout the product realization cycle.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit requirements and remove ambiguities to ensure a successful product launch.
• Break down epics into detailed stories for the development team to implement.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Communicate backlog status and development progress through demos and release notes.
