Job summary

Samsara Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Operations Manager to lead platform-level initiatives that accelerate ARR growth. You will partner with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security to turn ambiguous questions into repeatable data tools used by Product and Engineering teams.

You will analyze thousands of data signals, build AI-assisted workflows, and own end-to-end projects that demonstrate clear business impact and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or analytics, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to build and ship tools or dashboards used by real users.
• Track record of tying work to ARR, retention, or expansion.
• Comfort with analyzing large, messy datasets and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR through platform decisions and prioritize enterprise-readiness gaps.
• Collaborate with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security teams to remove blockers.
• Build and ship internal data and AI products for product and engineering teams.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns affecting platform usage and retention.
• Turn analyses into repeatable tools with clear definitions and checks.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Quantify revenue impact of platform investments and report ROI.
• Own projects end to end from scope to adoption.
