Job summary

Samsara is hiring a Staff Product Operations Manager for Platform, focused on accelerating the enterprise roadmap. You will support Billing, Org & Auth, and Security teams, turning complex data into scalable insights and tools used by Product and Engineering to reduce blockers and improve platform usage.

You’ll drive ARR and measure impact, partnering with leaders to translate data into strategic decisions while applying AI-assisted development with careful validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or analytics, or similar roles.
• Proven track record delivering tools or dashboards that drive business outcomes.
• Ability to connect work to revenue (ARR, retention, expansion) and explain impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive ARR through platform decisions and prioritization.
• Define priorities with Billing/Org & Auth and Security teams.
• Build and ship internal data and AI products for product/engineering teams.
• Analyze large structured/unstructured data to reveal actionable insights.
• Turn analyses into repeatable tools with clear data definitions and checks.
• Translate findings into decision-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Quantify revenue impact of platform investments and report it.
• Own projects end to end from scoping to impact measurement.
• Use AI-assisted development tools with validation and governance.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across a global team.
