Job summary

Element451, an AI-native CRM platform based in Raleigh, NC, seeks a Product Manager to own the Core Platform and Bolt agent system. You’ll manage the foundational data layer, automation engine, and integration ecosystem that powers all product features.

You will collaborate with admin and data teams to ensure data fidelity, design complex workflows, and guide the platform roadmap in a fast-moving, flat-structure environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, data platform, or ETL/ELT patterns.
• Ability to write SQL and understand API design (REST vs webhooks).
• Systems thinker who collaborates with admin and data teams on workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own data sources, field management, and structured data layers.
• Define workflows, rules, and journeys logic.
• Manage integrations ecosystem (Webhooks, V3 API, iPaaS).
• Develop insights and reporting tools for campus use cases.
