The Platform Product Manager acts as the product owner and execution lead for their domain, owning the roadmap and backlog, translating business needs into well-defined work, driving delivery, and ensuring adoption across CRM systems, data integrations, and internal tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience in financial services or wealth management with ownership of business systems, workflows, or technology initiatives
• Experience working with CRM systems
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear business and system requirements
• Proven track record of driving initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Strong executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Own Platform Initiatives End-to-End from discovery through release and adoption
• Define requirements with clear and measurable business outcomes
• Translate needs into executable user stories with acceptance criteria
• Maintain a clear domain roadmap and prioritized backlog
• Coordinate with developers and admins to ensure delivery hygiene and timely handoffs
• Drive cross-functional coordination and post-launch adoption
