You will read API specs, validate assumptions, and collaborate across engineering, design, and leadership to deliver extensible, reliable platform capabilities while guiding product outcomes for higher education data ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, data or platform products with a focus on data integration and scalable systems.
• Ability to read API specs, validate assumptions, and reason about data flows.
• Strong communication to align engineering, design, sales, and leadership around a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Own the Core Platform and its data model, automations, and rules engine.
• Collaborate on API design, webhooks, and integrations across campus tech stacks.
• Ensure data quality, deduplication, and audit logging across the platform.
• Drive extensibility and impact for Bolt and AI CRM features as priorities evolve.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable platform capabilities.
