Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or adjacent role (PM, TPM, engineer, or designer who shipped product).
• Fluent in discussing APIs, data pipelines, and reliability metrics.
• Deep customer empathy with strong discovery skills.
• Record of defining scope, committing to it, and delivering.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer problem discovery with customers, field teams, and deployment engineers; translate into prioritized, evidence-backed problems.
• Own the roadmap and scope for your areas with clear acceptance criteria.
• Partner with engineering daily; embed with HRI and Platform & Data Delivery teams; lead technical discussions.
• Run disciplined intake and rank needs: customer feedback first, then field/deployment, then development engineers.
• Keep platform coherent across vertical asks; avoid duplication and ensure reusable capabilities.
• Calibrate with platform usage analytics and SLA metrics; close the loop with data and field feedback.
• Support planning cadence and help the Lead PM consolidate vertical roadmaps into one company roadmap.
