Job summary

Creatio is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join the Core team. This role focuses on scalability, performance optimization, and system efficiency within our no-code AI-powered CRM platform.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years as a Product Manager or Owner, hands-on AI/no-code experience, and a track record in shaping product concepts, collaborating with partners, and guiding development through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies and no-code platforms.
• Deep understanding of the data management and web technologies.
• Developer or system analyst background would be beneficial.
• Expertise in product concept development and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collection and elaboration of business requirements from customers, partners, external community, and internal users.
• Organization and prioritization of requirements in the company's information resources.
• Definition and defense of concepts: grouping and detailing business requirements, market introduction strategy, mockups, UX/UI collaboration, creating materials, drafting user stories, and assigning tasks to technical writers.
• Conducting market research: competitor analysis, potential integrations, and reviewing industry reports like Gartner/Forrester.
• Leading SCRUM activities with development teams: Kick-off, Refinement, Planning, Review, Retrospective.
• Collaborating with the Scrum Master to improve team efficiency and monitor metrics.
• Offering consultations for internal staff, customers, and partners on system adjustments to meet business requirements.
• Implementing product functionality using the platform's No-code tools.
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for company employees on new releases.
