TrueTrack Staffing is seeking a veterinary executive to lead build-out, acquisition, and operational oversight of a national network of large animal specialty and emergency hospitals. The Managing Director / Platform President will identify acquisition opportunities, develop greenfield locations, and integrate practices to scale to 7–10 facilities with $15M–$50M per location.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed veterinarian with active license in good standing.
• 10+ years of veterinary clinical and operational leadership experience.
• Proven experience in veterinary practice acquisitions or de novo hospital development.
• Experience managing multi-site veterinary hospitals or specialty practices.
• Strong financial and operational acumen including hospital P&L management.

• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets across large animal hospitals and emergency centers.
• Lead sourcing, diligence, and integration of acquisitions with PE sponsors.
• Develop greenfield opportunities including market selection, site development, and launch planning.
• Build a scalable national veterinary hospital platform through acquisitions and organic growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across a growing network of specialty hospitals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain clinical leadership including veterinarians and hospital administrators.
• Standardize clinical protocols, staffing models, and financial performance across hospitals.
• Partner with leadership to drive growth, profitability, and service expansion.
